NMDOT’s base course is a compactable blend of stone dust and crushed limestone up to 1″ in size. Also known as dense-grade aggregate (DGA), it forms a strong, stable base that locks together while allowing some drainage. Perfect for driveways, road bases, walkways, and under pavers or asphalt.
